Pursuant to Article 20 of the UU PDP, we process your personal data based on: (a) Your explicit consent provided via form confirmations; (b) Fulfillment of contractual obligations if you are our client; and (c) Legitimate interests to ensure the operational safety of our systems and network.

Under Articles 5 to 12 of the UU PDP, you hold the full right to: (a) Access and request a copy of your personal data; (b) Rectify data discrepancies or inaccuracies; (c) Request the deletion or destruction of your data from our systems; and (d) Withdraw your consent for processing at any time.
4. Data Security and Retention
We protect your personal data using advanced encryption protocols both in a static state (data at rest) and during network transfers (data in transit). Your personal data will only be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the initial collection purpose or to comply with statutory legal archives retention in Indonesia.
